COSPAL Composites began manufacturing panels in 1981 and since then our production has steadily increased both in volume and quality; our experience gained since these early years covers both the design and building of riveted and bonded reflector panels of various sizes and accuracies.

With our focus very firmly on high quality aluminium process technology we are a leading industry player specialized in the manufacture of reflector panels designed and fabricated to customers’ unique requirements and specifications.

For example, our technicians built and installed the first 90 ft. antenna for Telespazio in Fucino (Italy) back in 1967. 

We further specialize in the construction of special aluminium structures such as: 

• Reflector panels and structures for parabolic antennas and radio-telescopes;
  
  
• Aluminium honeycomb cored panels and polyurethane foam cored panels for commercial purposes (floors and walls for clean rooms, vehicle construction, shipping industry, buildings etc.); 
  
  
• Surface treatments of aluminium for bonding or painting application in aeronautics; 


• Manufacture and machining of special aluminium parts and structures.
